The Autumn Ridge Homeowners’ Association (ARHOA) Board of Directors (BoD) is comprised of seven volunteers who are residents of the community. Executive positions of President, Vice-President, Secretary,Treasurer, and three Members-at-Large serve one-year terms. This is confirmed by vote by current ARHOA BoD members at the first annual meeting every calendar year.

Autumn Ridge is located in Stafford, VA, approximately 35 miles south of Washington, DC. First formed in 1997, we are comprised of 306 homes and our amenities include a tennis court and basketball court.
